100% VETRO E ALLUMINIO Grazie al nuovo sistema di basi Invitrum Valcucine ha realizzato la prima cucina al mondo completamente in alluminio e vetro rispettando così le principali regole del design ecosostenibile: dematerializzazione, riciclabilità, riduzione delle emissioni tossiche e lunga durata. UNICO FIANCO IN VETRO Il sistema di basi Invitrum è stato progettato pensando anche all’utilizzo di minor materia prima ed energia. L’unico fianco in vetro di 10mm di spessore, eliminando il raddoppio dei comuni fianchi in truciolare di 36mm, concretizza un risparmio del 73% di materia prima.
100% GLASS AND ALUMINIUM Thanks to the new Invitrum base units’ system, Valcucine has made the first kitchen in the world completely out of aluminium and glass that respects the main rules of eco-sustainable design: dematerialisation, recyclability, reduction of toxic emissions and durability. A SINGLE GLASS SIDE PANEL The Invitrum base units’ system has also been designed following the principle of using less raw materials and energy. The single 10mm thick glass side panel eliminates the use of two, normal, 36mm thick chipboard sides and achieves a saving of 73% on raw materials.
LE ANTE VALCUCINE Artematica è la prima anta al mondo costituita da un telaio strutturale in alluminio, resistente e leggero e da un pannello estetico di soli 5mm di spessore. L’evoluzione di Artematica ha portato alla nascita di Ricicla, successivamente poi evolutasi nell’attuale Riciclantica. Grazie all’utilizzo di nuovi materiali come il carbonio, l’alluminio ed un vetro speciale è stato possibile dematerializzare ulteriormente il pannello dell’anta senza comprometterne la resistenza fisica, arrivando così ad uno spessore di soli 2 mm. PIANO DI LAVORO, ANTE E FIANCHI IN VETRO I top e le ante sono costituiti da un profilo strutturale in alluminio e da una superficie estetica in vetro temprato. Studi sofisticati ed un’elevata competenza tecnica hanno consentito di ottenere un sottile pannello in vetro super resistente all’urto e di estendere la garanzia a 15 anni.
THE VALCUCINE DOORS Artematica is the first door in the world made of a resistant and lightweight structural aluminium frame and an aesthetic finishing panel that is only 5mm thick. The evolution of Artematica resulted in the birth of Ricicla that subsequently evolved into the current Riciclantica. Thanks to the use of new materials such as carbon, aluminium and a special type of glass, it has been possible to further dematerialise the door panel without jeopardising its physical resistance and achieving a thickness of only 2mm. GLASS WORKTOP, DOORS AND SIDE PANELS The top and the doors consist in an aluminium structural frame and a tempered glass surface. Sophisticated studies and high technical expertise have made it possible to obtain a slim glass panel that is extremely resistant to impact and to extend our guarantee to 15 years.
GUIDE CUBICATE CARBONIO Valcucine utilizza robuste guide cubicate carbonio, dalla trama sottile, che si integrano perfettamente con i profili in alluminio e con il fondo in vetro temprato. 100% RICICLABILE L’uso del vetro e dell’alluminio secondario garantiscono la totale riciclabilità della cucina. Utilizzare alluminio secondario significa inoltre consumare solo un ventesimo dell’energia necessaria ad ottenere quello primario.
CARBON-FINISH RUNNERS Valcucine uses sturdy, fine textured, carbon-finish runners that integrate perfectly with the aluminium profiles and the tempered glass bottom panel. 100% RECYCLABLE The use of glass and secondary aluminium guarantees the total recyclability of this kitchen. Using secondary aluminium also means consuming only one-twentieth of the energy needed to obtain primary aluminium.
PROGETTATO PER ESSERE DISASSEMBLATO Per quanto riguarda la fase di smaltimento, Valcucine è cosciente che il prodotto costituisce una potenziale risorsa di materia prima qualora sia stato progettato per semplificare le fasi di disassemblaggio. La base in vetro Invitrum è progettata per essere facilmente disassemblabile una volta concluso il ciclo di vita: il sistema è costituito da materiali monomaterici uniti solo da giunzioni meccaniche. 0 EMISSIONI TOSSICHE L’utilizzo di solo alluminio e vetro, materiali inerti, e la particolare progettazione, che assicura unicamente giunzioni meccaniche al posto delle colle, garantiscono la totale eliminazioni di emissioni tossiche. ASSOLUTAMENTE RESISTENTE ALL’ACQUA Le ante, i fusti e il piano di lavoro possono rimanere immersi nell'acqua per un lungo periodo di tempo, poiché non hanno bordi che si possono scollare, né finiture esterne post applicate.
DESIGNED TO BE DISASSEMBLED For as much as regards disposal, Valcucine knows that the environmental impact of a product is a potential raw materials’ resource if it has been designed to simplify disassembly. The Invitrum glass base unit has been designed to be easily disassembled once it has finished its life cycle: the system consists in single materials that are joined together by purely mechanical joints. NO TOXIC EMISSIONS Using only aluminium and glass, which are inert materials, together with the special design that employs purely mechanical joints instead of adhesives, guarantees the total elimination of toxic emissions. ABSOLUTELY RESISTANT TO WATER The doors, the carcasses and the worktop can remain soaking in water for a long period of time because there are no edges to come unstuck, nor are there external finishes that have been subsequently applied.

Valcucine presenta la prima cucina 100% riciclabile con "gReenaissance", un progetto espositivo ispirato al ciclo di vita naturale della materia, un lungo e coerente lavoro di ricerca per realizzare cucine ispirate ai principi dell'ecocompatibilità. Progetta così prodotti 100% riciclabili, il più possibile dematerializzati, ad emissione zero di formaldeide, che garantiscono una lunga durata tecnica ed estetica, con legni non provenienti dalla distruzione delle foreste primarie. Inoltre, si impegna a ripristinare le materie prime rinnovabili, come il legno, con progetti di riforestazione gestiti da Bioforest. Un esempio di tutto ciò sono le basi Invitrum, massima espressione di un design ecosostenibile. Valcucine presents the first 100% recyclable kitchen with "gReenaissance", an exposition project inspired to the material's natural life-cycle, an extensive and coherent research aimed to create eco-friendly kitchens. That means Valcucine works by designing products that are 100% recyclabe, as dematerialised as possible, with zero emissions of formaldehyde, that guarantee a long technical and aesthetic life and that use wood that does come from the destruction of primary forests. An example of all this are the Invitrum base units that are the utmost expression of eco-sustainable design.
